Crystal Morris, MBA
Operations, HR, and Project Management Professional
Crystal Morris is a dynamic leader in operations, human resources, and project management, recognized for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex organizational environments. With over a decade of cross-functional experience, she has built a career distinguished by her commitment to operational excellence, people-centered leadership, and continuous improvement.
Crystal holds a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Digital Project Management from MIU City University Miami, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Northern Caribbean University. Her educational foundation, paired with hands-on leadership across industries, has shaped her strategic and analytical approach to solving organizational challenges.
Throughout her career, Crystal has successfully led initiatives spanning executive support, business operations, human resources, learning and development, and project delivery. She has partnered with international teams and executives to streamline workflows, implement scalable systems, and drive performance improvement across fast-paced environments. Her experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings has equipped her with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of how to align people, processes, and strategy to achieve results.
Currently serving as Operations and Logistics Manager at Cardinal Points Jamaica, Crystal plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation. Her core responsibilities include managing operational logistics for real estate development and hospitality projects, coordinating vendor and construction reporting activities, overseeing timelines, assisting in building processes, and ensuring efficient project execution across multiple properties.
Driven by excellence and integrity, Crystal is passionate about building scalable systems, fostering engaged and high-performing teams, and guiding organizations toward sustainable growth. She continues to elevate her impact through initiatives that promote efficiency, innovation, and a culture of empowerment.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Crystal is deeply committed to personal growth, faith, and lifelong learning. She believes in leading with empathy, purpose, and discipline—values that define both her work ethic and her approach to leadership.
Sheridan Carpenter
brings over 20 years of cross-functional experience in Financial Services, International Business, and Consulting, with specialized expertise in real estate finance, investment analysis, and strategic development. Her career spans the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States.
She began her real estate journey as an intern in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services department. She later advanced her career at Sagicor Life Inc. in Barbados, where she managed the accounting and financial reporting for regional Treasury Investments and the company’s local Real Estate Investment portfolio.
Sheridan’s academic and professional development includes a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Miami, where she participated in an intensive real estate investment business trip to Colombia. During this program, she engaged with city officials, toured major development sites such as the construction of the Hilton, Bogota and evaluated large-scale projects ranging from student housing to luxury condominiums and innovation hubs.
Her academic achievements and leadership have been recognized through several awards, including the Most Outstanding Female in Economics from the Barbados Community College, the University of Miami Leadership Award for International Business, and the Black & Decker Leadership Award.
Currently, Sheridan serves as a Financial and Business Strategy Consultant, supporting the financial accounting and reporting operations of Cardinal Points Jamaica.
She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting and Economics from the Barbados Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Economics (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, and an MSc in International Business from the University of Miami, where she graduated with academic merit.
